San Francisco has a rich history of talented athletes, musicians and artist, and wherever they went they were known as “those Cats” from the City, thus the name was coined “City Cats”.

Our Name
The City Cats name became Synonymous with being cool and hip throughout the 60's and 70's, but eventually became a name that all people from and around San Francisco could embrace.
Our Culture
The San Francisco City Cats embodies and embraces the entire Feline family. We represent all the cat types from the domestic house cat to the “King of the Jungle” and all the species in between.
